The District Lofts are a u-shaped condo building with two towers, each 12 storey’s tall with a total of 106 units. District Lofts are located in the heart of the entertainment district at 88 Richmond Street West (North side of Richmond S, East of Spadina) and were built by Context Development Inc in 2001. The building’s main floor is comprised of retail shops with the next two floors being parking. There is a suspended walkway that connects the two condo buildings. Most District Lofts suites have 10’ ceilings and open concept kitchens. There are a few 2 level lofts with 18’ windows as well.
District Loft residents can enjoy the 24 hr concierge, gym, central courtyard, visitor parking.
