The are located at 43 Hanna Ave in the trendy Liberty Village neighborhood. Once the Irwin toy factory in the 20th century, the Toy Factory Lofts were converted into a condo building with 215 units by Lanterra Developments
Amenities at the Toy Factory Lofts include a lobby and lounge, 24 hour concierge, a rooftop terrace with hot tub ( north east section of building), fitness room and sauna, private meeting room, overnight guest suites, parking and bike storage.
The Toy Factory Lofts are some of my favourite Lofts in Toronto. The windows are expansive ( large warehouse windows), and the overall feel of the condo units are light and airy. Exposed duct work, brick and the high ceilings really make you feel like you are living in a true loft conversion.
The other nice thing about the Toy Factory Lofts, is the location. Set in Liberty Village near the Metro, LCBO, gym, Brazen Head pub, Starbucks ( just to name a few), this area has everything within walking distance. You are still in the downtown area but feel more of a sense of community and history.
There is a gym and a roof top patio which the residence can enjoy. Also there is visitor parking for your guests.
