Once the Sears Warehouse in the 1930’s, the Merchandise building is now one of the largest Lofts in Toronto with over 450 suites and stretches out over an entire city block.
The Merchandise Lofts feature 12 ft high exposed concrete ceilings, elevated bedrooms, glass partitioned bathrooms and either hardwood or polished concrete floors. Suites range in size from 450 sq ft to about 2500 sq ft.
Location: 155 Dalhousie St (Dundas St E and Church St)
