Located in the trendy King West village, the Summit condos are located at 701, 705 and 725 King Street West, just west of Bathurst St. The Summit condos are older buildings but along with age comes the benefit of larger suites.
The Summit Complex amenities include a gym, indoor and outdoor pool with BBQ area, rec room, theatre room, squash court, BBQ, visitor parking. One thing to remember when viewing these suites is that there is NO ensuite laundry but laundry facilities are located in the building.
