Queen Street West

One of Toronto’s hippest neighbourhoods and voted #1 best Neighbourhood by Vogue magazine! Funky stores and boutiques, trendy bars and café’s line the streets between University and Spadina. Between Trinity Bellwoods Park ( which is buzzing in the summer months) and Dufferin is what is known as The Art and Design District. This area is mainly made up of galleries and trendy bars and restaurants. Queen West is also the home to City TV. Just south of Queen Street you’ll find the center of Toronto’s night life; the club zone.

This area is a home to many Loft style condos of which are usually either a historical building conversion or a brand new modern condo. Over the past couple of years, rents and real estate prices have increased dramatically here.

Some popular Queen Street West condo buildings include The Candy Factory Lofts, The Argyle Lofts, Chocolate Factory, The Camden Lofts, SOHO, Trinity Park Lofts, Zen lofts, The Morgan and the Bohemian Embassy.
