In Need of Sellers at Yonge and Sheppard

Apparently the recession is over! Well at least it seems that way in the real estate world, especially for condos. I’m having the hardest time finding a condo for a few of my buyers, especially those looking in the Yonge and Sheppard Area. The market there is reminiscent of how it was a few years ago during the peak – agents are setting up multiple offer situations and units are selling for over asking. It’s hard to believe that only a few short months ago we were in a recession.
With that being said, if anyone has a one bedroom or 1 bedroom + den or 2bedroom in that area and want to sell, contact me!
