Toronto’s Luxury Condos are actually quite affordable when comparing them to condo prices around the world.
Luxury condos in Toronto range on average from approx $850 to $1500 per square foot. Other cities such as London and New York run from $3,600 to $8,400 and $2,100 to $6,000 respectively. Singapore’s “The Marq” sold a condo unit for $31 million which works out to about $5000 per sq foot. London’s One Hyde Park penthouse units are available for a cool $176 Million.
