Condo Name Game – Vote for Me!

There is a new condo going up at Yonge and Esplande and the developer is having a contest to see who can come up with the best condo name. We think we have the Winning Name -but we need your help to win!

Our Rationale:
The Esplanade area in Toronto is highly influenced by european culture and architecture – with old buildings, outdoor markets, cafe’s and areas to stroll.
In Barcelona, Spain a popular Esplanade to walk, shop and appreciate some of the world’s most famous architects such as Gaudi is on “Las Ramblas”. Rambla is another word for Esplanade.
The Spanish Steps are an iconic landmark in Italy – historically attracting artists and beauties, hoping to be the inspiration for artists. Now the Spanish Steps are a used as a social gathering spot. “Meet me at the Spanish Steps”.
