If you are looking for high-end shopping at stores such as Holt Renfrew, Gucci, Tiffany & Co. (just to name a few), and upscale restaurants then Yorkville is a perfect yet pricey place to live.
Yorkville, located at Yonge and Bloor, is known to have some of Toronto’s most expensive condos. Some condos in this area include The 4 Seasons, The Prince Arthur, Hazelton Hotel and Residences and the soon to be built 1Bloor, which will be Canada’s tallest residential building.
