Minto 775 King Street West Party

Construction for Minto’s 775 King West Condo is about to begin – so to celebrate Minto held a  shindig at the sales center.  I was there to help to celebrate along with the band “Down with Webster”( Video to come). While there , we ran into our friend Matthew Slutsky from BuzzBuzzHome. All in all it was  great evening put on by Minto.

Here’s some background info on the condo project…

775 King West will be located in the heart of Trendy King West just south of King Street West and west of Bathurst Street. It will be a 17 storey condo building with 340 suites.

775 King West Architects and Design by Hariri Pontarini Architects and II by IV Design.

775 King West Amenities: 24 hour concierge

775 King West is also a green building – energy efficient lighting, dual flush toilets etc.

Maintenance Fees: $.50 / sq ft

Parking: Starting at $39,000 (for  one bedroom + dens and larger)

Occupancy is scheduled for Fall, 2012.
