THE ANNEX Located just North of Bloor Street and West of Yorkville, the Annex is known for its' one way tree lined streets and 1880 Victorian and Edwardian Homes. Retail in this area ranges from high end to Honest Eds discounts. The Annex, which was once home to author Margaret Atwood, is a peacful but densely populated area of the city to live in.
Since it is so close to the University of Toronto, this area is home to many students and faculty. Real Estate in this area is very expensive whether you own or rent.
